The Proof promise.

  • Most skincare hides its ingredients in small print on the back. Names like phenoxyethanol, dimethicone and parfum that mean little to anyone without a chemistry degree. PROOF lists every ingredient on the front of the tin, by name, with the percentage of each. You don't need to be a chemist to know what's in it.

  • Most products marketed as natural still carry synthetic preservatives, emulsifiers or silicones. PROOF leaves them out. No water in the formulation, so no preservatives are needed.

Andrew Tyrrell has been a personal trainer in South Wales for twenty-five years, asking clients what they put into their bodies. When he turned the same scrutiny on skincare, he found brands marketed as ‘natural’ quietly using synthetic preservatives, with vague claims and hidden formulations. Two years of research into ingredients, sourcing and natural formulation chemistry followed.
